Comfort Click Review

So I got a Comfort Click Belt for Christmas from Santa. I have also seen these at Dollar General for $20. Well I got one. The big guy in the red suit thought I needed a new belt, which I desperately did, so he got me one and put it in my stocking. I expected coal but oh well. When I got the chance I opened the pack to realize that I had to trim the belt to my size. No biggy. So I followed the directions and got the belt all complete and ready to use. So I put it on and pulled it tight. It made that zip tie sound I was expecting it to make but when I let go, it loosened back up. The buckle had too much room where the zip tie feature did its magic. So when I let go the belt would lift off of the lock and slide right past. Santa just got me a $20 piece of junk in my eyes. But don't fret. I found a way to make it work. You know how in high school when you have a class ring that don't fit you simply wrap yarn around the back side of it? Ya, that's what I had to do to my belt. It works great now.
I email the Comfort Click customer service using an email address I found on their website. This is my email:

  Dear Customer Service,

In the spirit of helping you to improve your product I would like to complain about my Comfort Click belt I       acquired.
I received it as a gift from Santa, cause he shops at Dollar General like every other person. When I opened my   gift on Christmas day, read the instructions, and put it together imagine my surprise that this $20 belt, I have   never paid that much for a belt before, didn't work the way the box advertised. Down on the bottom there is a   orange circle with a shield that has a lock in the middle. Underneath that it says "Secure - will not loosen or   stretch." When I put it on it did loosen. There was way too much room where the Zip-tie like feature was so the   belt would push up ever so slightly to just slip right past. The most expensive belt I have ever got just became a   false advertisement.
You know how when you have a ring that is too big you wrap some yarn around the underside and then it fits   perfect? Well that is what I had to do to get your belt to work for me. I had to alter your product, that was   suppose   to already work, to make it actually work. So... ya... that is my experience with your product. Over all   good belt... after I fixed it. Maybe you could look into improving this problem in the future.

I did not receive a response. But hey, I got my belt to work and I didn't even pay for it. It's all good, right?
